Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion

Kuan-Yin, also known as Guan-Yin, is the Buddhist Bodhisattva reflecting compassion, the one who has ‘karuna’. She empathizes with the suffering of all beings, and shows compassion and love for all.

The white robe, the lotus on which she sits, the water jar in her hand, all signify purity, peace and harmony.
